We headed the rigging dept for the world wide "Police Tour" with a successful run that finished in the summer or '08. It started in Canada n May '07 then continued to the USA.
It was a very exciting project with indoor arena and outdoor stadium shows. We had five touring riggers and up to twenty-four local riggers that put together twenty plus trucks worth of gear. The
Vario Control automation was supplied by Show Rigging for the moving
lighting trusses.
The tour also covered Europe, S. America, N. Zealand, Australia, and Japan. Once again, it was a delight to work for Mr Sting.
After finishing the POLICE tour we went straight onto a extremely busy project with the Radio City Rockettes - THE RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR. It played 19 venues with 43 trucks and 221 points ....it was a busy winter. We hopefully will continue the adventure for the '09 christmas season.
We're touring again with ERIC CLAPTON and his band. We travelled to Japan and Austalia in Feb '09. We'll join up with them again this summer '09.
